{"id":142,"date":"2019-02-04T16:33:55","date_gmt":"2019-02-04T14:33:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.capverde.org\/?page_id=142"},"modified":"2019-07-17T14:52:26","modified_gmt":"2019-07-17T12:52:26","slug":"visa-categories-and-fees","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.capverde.org\/?page_id=142&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Visa categories and fees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear travellers to the Republic of Cape Verde, in order to ensure a quick processing and issuance of visas, we kindly ask you to observe the following points:<\/p>\n<p>Please present your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capverde.org\/?page_id=153&amp;lang=en\">visa application<\/a> no later than 2 days before departure at the\u00a0Honorary Consulate in Hamburg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following documents are required<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport (the passport must be valid for at least 6 months after departure from Cape Verde)<\/li>\n<li>Biometric passport photo<\/li>\n<li>Copy of travel document or flight ticket<\/li>\n<li>Proof of payment of fees to the bank account of the Hamburg Consulate.<\/li>\n<li>Credit cards, bank cards or other payments are <strong>not<\/strong> accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Individual simple visa\u00a0\u20ac 45,-<br \/>\n<\/strong>(transit or tourist 90 days)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Individual multiple entries visa \u20ac 87,-<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">(Multiple entry for 90 days each, valid for 24 months)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Family simple visa\u00a0\u20ac 57,-<br \/>\n<\/strong>for married persons with minor children (up to 18 years)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Family simple visa<br \/>\n<\/strong> for non-married parents with minor children (up to 18 years)<\/p>\n<p>1 parent and children \u20ac 57,-<\/p>\n<p>2<sup>nd<\/sup> parent \/ partner \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u20ac 45,-<\/p>\n<p><strong>Multiple family visa\u00a0\u20ac 110,-<br \/>\n<\/strong> (multiple entry for 90 days each, valid for 24 months) for married persons with minor children (up to 18 years)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Multiple family visa<\/strong><br \/>\n(multiple entry for 90 days each, valid for 24 months) for non-married parents with minor children (up to 18 years)<\/p>\n<p>1 parent and children \u20ac 110,-<\/p>\n<p>2<sup>nd<\/sup> parent \/ partner \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u20ac 87,-<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collective visa<\/strong> per person \u20ac 34,-<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Valid as from 5 persons and only for joint entry and exit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Entry must take place within 6 months (180 days) from issuance of the visa.<\/p>\n<p>The stay in Cape Verde is possible for a maximum of 90 days from the date of entry.<\/p>\n<p>Cruise passengers: No visa requirement for daily shore leave (entry by sea).<\/p>\n<p>Visas are required for <strong>all foreigners<\/strong> staying more than 30 days.\u00a0 Please note that airlines are not obliged to transport passengers without a valid visa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bank details<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Cape Verde<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Commerzbank Hamburg<br \/>\n<\/span>IBAN DE41 2004 0000 0290 2211 00<br \/>\nBIC COBADEFFXXX<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, you can send your visa application together with the above documents by registered mail to the consulate (normal postal delivery to post box).
